Healthy chocolate-coconut balls

Yesterday I stayed in and made these delicious chocolate-coconut balls. They are a healthy version of one of the most famous (and yummy) Swedish snacks. Just like most of everything in life, the unhealthy version is like sliiiightly more delicious (sugar, butter etc) but these healthier ones are very close to the real deal. They are free from gluten, dairy and nuts, and super simple & fast to make. Recipe below!






Healthy chocolate balls

2,5 dl gluten-free oats

0,75 dl coconut oil

8 dates

2 tablespoons raw cacao

1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

A pinch of sea salt

2 tablespoons coffee

Coconut flakes to roll them in

Do this: Mix everything together in a food processor. Make balls and roll them in shredded coconut. Put them in the fridge 30 min before serving.

[For the regular recipe use 150g butter, 1.5 dl sugar, 3 tablespoons cacao, 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar, 2 tablespoons coffee, 4 dl oats – mix]
