We’re in Udaipur! I’m basically back in Rajasthan after a couple of stops in Scandinavia, at what is hands down THE most stunning property I’ve ever stayed at. There’s luxury, and then there’s luxury. This is the latter.

Shraddha and Naman are finally tying the knot. Shraddha and Saif are like family – they’ve grown up together since birth, and every family vacation they’ve gone on, they’ve gone on together. That kind of family. We first met Naman about a year and a half ago, and he is safe to say one of the best guys we know. They make the best couple – complimenting each others strengths in the most genuine way possible.

The hotel is spread across four different properties – Lake Palace, Udaivilas (Oberoi – where we are staying), Trident and The Leela. They’ve rented out a majority of all of these hotels, for a four day wedding bonanza–one of the prettiest I’ve ever been to!

On day 1, we flew in from Bombay on a couple of chartered flights which they had set up for us. On arrival, we had lunch with the pretty bride and her family, and Shehla and I got our mehndi (henna) done with the brides crew. The rest of the day, I spent exploring the property… Isn’t it the most stunning place you’ve ever seen? Even if you don’t stay here, you should definitely pay a visit if you ever find yourself in Udaipur. Have a tea or a coffee or why not even a glass of champagne, walk around the massive property, and enjoy the beautiful lake or the massive fields of green.

Much more to come from this stunning place!
